A few details to know about our work together…
I work with individuals 18 years or older and couples residing in Washington state.
Categories of concerns in my scope of practice include: anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal issues (romantic, friendship, family), parenting issues, bonding difficulties, trauma, sense of self, family systems, life transitions, work and career issues, etc.
Sessions are telehealth or in person at my office in Cashmere, WA.
Sessions are 50-55 minutes. Intakes are 90 minutes.
I believe that consistent weekly or bi-weekly sessions are most effective and recommended but not required.
Rates/fees:
Insurance: I am in network with many of the major insurance companies in Washington State.
I also have private pay rates for individuals or couples. I offer bundle packages and weekend intensives as well.
I work with a consulting company, Eagleview Collaborative, who provides information to clients regarding their benefits and possible out of pocket expenses.
Sliding scale fees may be available upon request and for a limited time frame.
Rescheduling fees: missed sessions must be requested a minimum of 24 hours prior to session to avoid a late fee. Fee will be automatically deducted from credit/debit card on file.
*If I need to reschedule, I will give as much notice as possible. I will offer another session as soon as possible to cover the missed session.
Additional details:
All required forms must be completed prior to the first session. Forms can be completed during the first session if help is needed.
If the required forms are not completed at the start of the session, the session will need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling fees may be charged.
I offer a free 20-30 minute phone consult to assess whether or not a working relationship will help you meet your goals, and that the scope of work requested is within my scope of practice. If not, I will offer referrals for other therapists I respect or other resources that may suit your needs better.
The client has the right to discontinue therapy services at any time and for any reason.
During each calendar year, I will take two longer breaks to be with my family (approximately 4-6 weeks at a time) tentatively during winter (Dec/Jan) and summer (July/August).
